- The check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. If your arrival is outside of these hours you must communicate it in advance.
  - The check out time is until 12:30 hours.
  - Cancellation Policy: All cancellations that occur up to 7 days before the arrival date will be free. 50% of the total stay will be charged for cancellations between 7 and 1 day before the arrival date. In case of cancellation on the same day or "not presented", 100% of the stay will be charged.
  - Children and pets access policy: Pets are not accepted. Children under the age of 13 can not be accommodated at the property.
  - Extra bed: The extra bed is priced at € 30 / night. You must request it prior to your arrival and it must be confirmed by the establishment (subject to availability).
  - Food Intolerance: If you have any food intolerance, please inform us before your arrival.
